Come and explore Roatan from the inside. We will take you to the main town of the island called Coxen Hole, in honor of a pirate named John Coxen who used the island to hide his treasures in the 17th century. We haven't found them yet! Here you will visit the commercial area, where there are pharmacies, banks, shops, hospitals, restaurants, clothing stores and appliance stores. After passing the town, we will go up to one of the highest points of the island, where you can take panoramic photos with the cruise port behind you. From there, you can also see the international airport. You can also buy some souvenirs in the souvenir shops that are there. Then we will go down and head out to the community of Sandy Bay, where there is a resort that is the only one in Central America that has dolphins to do encounters or swim with them. Next we will arrive at the community of West End where the chocolate factory is located, there you can enjoy the variety of free samples of organic and chemical-free chocolates that they offer you, once we leave we will take you to know the night life of West End, where there is a very nice public beach called Half moon bay, there are also many bars, restaurants, clubs, diving schools, hotels, water taxis point among other things, then we will continue and go to the Rum factory located in West Bay, where you can also taste many free samples of rum cake that they offer you. I recommend the banana cake, you will love it! Once leaving from there we will go back to the starting point passing through the community of Flowers Bay, well known for its island gastronomy, then we will arrive at the colorful Roatan sign where you can take a photo and take Roatan into your heart. Something very important is that if you feel like stopping somewhere to enjoy a drink or eat some island food, just ask your guide and he will gladly stop and give you some recommendations about our island food. Returning back to the boat we will leave you inside the port so you don't have to walk too much. We hope you decide and book this great adventure with us.
